  The place is very charismatic and the location overseeing the docks is perfect. The food and service, however, are hit and miss. First time we ate there, the service was barely there, and both items from "lobster menu" had very little lobster in them. They were fine freshness and quality-wise though. But if I was reviewing this place after one visit, I would give it 3 stars, and didn't really want to go back. Second time we only went there, because nothing else was open, but that time obviously we've got an experienced waitress, who was very nice and attentive (I also observed how professionally she handled a needy customer next to us), and two other items on the same "lobster menu" were delivered with a good portion of lobster.

  I actually want to give this one, 0 stars. My daughter wanted a wrap, there was no wrap for a child and nothing else she wanted on the menu. I asked the waitress if there was any way we could have a half of a serving as she is only 8. I was told no but they would cut it in half. I understood but asked if they could make the wrap smaller for her, because I knew a portion for an adult would be so big she would not be able to bite it. I was told, it will be made how it is normally made and there would be no 'making it smaller'. This in no way is any reflection on staff, it is the owner. He was sitting right in front of me at the next table and heard everything that was being said but chose not to intervene and offer a solution. It's to bad, a lovely spot to sit on the water but no care for customer satisfaction.

  Excellent food, service and view. One of the few places that we visited while travelling which actually prices the food well. And it was also very filling. Waitress was really nice too. Very satisfied.

  Fantastic place, service and food was awesome. Rooms were top notch. Will definitely be coming back!!!
